Safe to delete
- Temporary images and skin caches;
- Old installers you already used;
- Temporary folders left by updates.
Keep
- User dictionary and custom phrase files;
- Program files in the install folder;
- Skin and dictionary resources, unless you want to reinstall them.
Advice
Export your dictionary before cleaning. On mobile, check storage usage under Settings → Storage.
