Enable

  1. Settings → Common → choose Wubi;
  2. Pick the 86 or 98 edition in Wubi settings;
  3. Turn on mixed pinyin and Wubi so you can type pinyin when stuck.

Which edition

  • 86: by far the most documentation and users;
  • 98: more regular radicals but fewer learning resources.

Efficiency

Enable four-code commit and automatic commit on unique codes, add frequent phrases to your personal dictionary, and use stroke input for rare characters.
