Scenarios
- Bar shows EN: press Shift to return to Chinese;
- Caps Lock: with caps on you get uppercase English — turn it off;
- One app always English: the input method remembers per-app state, so switch inside that app;
- English on first focus: disable per-app state memory under Settings → Advanced.

Press Enter to commit typed English directly without choosing a candidate, or enable Enter-to-commit-English in settings.
