Three methods
- Handwriting: right-click the bar → Handwriting and write with the mouse or trackpad;
- Stroke input: press u then h, s, p, n, z for horizontal, vertical, left, right and turning strokes;
- Breakdown: press u and split the character, for example u mu mu for a two-tree character.
When to use them
- Rare names, place names and classical characters;
- Characters whose reading you do not know;
- Users unfamiliar with pinyin.
Tip
Enable continuous writing for speed; results show the pinyin so you learn the pronunciation.
