Right-click the status bar or open Settings to find Typing Statistics: recent speed, total characters and level. Sign in to keep the data across devices.
Speeding up
- Turn frequent long text (address, signature, canned replies) into custom phrases;
- Enable whole-sentence input and smart correction to avoid picking characters one by one;
- Try double pinyin once you are comfortable to cut keystrokes.
Note
Statistics are informational — accuracy and comfort matter as much as raw speed.
